Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management and ensure budgeted revenue.
• Maintain high-quality living environment and respond to resident concerns.
• Lead resident engagement events and manage renewal programs.
• Coordinate with sales leadership, support services, and service team to ensure smooth operations.
