Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience; multi-family or manufactured home setting preferred.
• Strong operational, collaborative and leadership skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
• Marketing and/or sales experience preferred.
• Understanding of daily tasks and operating complexities of the position.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property operations and assets, including staff, buildings, roads and amenities.
• Ensure the property is clean and attractive to maximize occupancy.
• Partner with marketing teams to attract residents and deliver excellent customer service.
• Show homes when available.
• Analyze, prepare and manage the community’s operating budget to improve profitability.
• Set high quality standards and provide outstanding service to residents.
