Lessen, a tech-enabled property service provider, is seeking a Special Projects Coordinator to manage multi-step projects requiring scheduling and coordination. This role serves as the primary contact for project events, ensuring timely project coordination and high client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a bachelor’s degree, and relevant experience in project coordination or management, particularly in commercial retail settings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination/management experience preferably in commercial retail branches.
• Experience in Commercial Construction estimating, means and methods, accounting, and project administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and unplanned capital construction and maintenance projects.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of projects for reporting and client communication.
• Serve as primary communication contact with client stakeholders.
• Build and grow a regional project vendor base.
• Ensure quality control of vendor relationships and processes.
