You will coordinate communication, manage incoming requests, and track progress to ensure timely action items and aligned quarterly planning across teams.

• 2+ years in project coordination, project management, delivery management or operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands‑on experience with task prioritization, ownership and delivery timelines.
• Upper-intermediate English
• Experience with Jira or similar task management tools.
• Experience monitoring delivery and coordinating risk resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross-functional communication between teams, team leads and management
• Manage incoming requests, task distribution and prioritization
• Track task progress, deadlines and dependencies, resolving blockers
• Organize meetings and follow-ups to ensure timely action items
• Coordinate quarterly planning and alignment of initiatives across teams
• Maintain task tracking and documentation in Jira, Confluence and other tools
• Identify process gaps and bottlenecks and drive workflow improvements
