Job summary

Baldor is seeking a Project Manager, Strategic Projects to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of complex strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with engineering, facilities, operations, safety, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical plans and ensure execution through the project lifecycle.

The role requires a strong project management foundation to guide cross-functional teams and deliver scalable solutions, with a hybrid work arrangement four days onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management or program management.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams on complex initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage full lifecycle: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Lead Waterfall and Agile ceremonies and manage backlogs and milestones.
• Communicate updates to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders regarding status and risks.
