Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects and programs with cross-functional teams across accounts. You will ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, drive risk management, and report progress to executives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with account teams, strong communication, and leadership to influence at all levels. Hybrid work arrangement is preferred.

Qualifications

• PMP, Prince2 or other formal Project Management certification required.
• BA, BS or equivalent experience in engineering considered advantageous.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; able to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and programs; oversee planning, milestones and deliverables.
• Provide timely reporting on progress and success metrics.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and Success Managers on delivery strategy.
