Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, with one year supervisory experience.
• Associate degree or 60 semester credits and four years of similar experience, including one year supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent and five years of progressive clerical/administrative experience including one year supervisory experience.
• Education above high school level may substitute for some clerical/administrative experience, with limits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, perform administrative analyses, develop timelines, and assist in reviewing program plans and funding allocations.
• Monitor divisional performance data and prepare summaries to support operational improvements.
• Review payments to contractors, consultants, and vendors for completeness and compliance with procedures.
• Maintain departmental records, databases, spreadsheets, and project documentation.
