Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital seeks an experienced project leader to oversee complex clinical and operational initiatives across the organization. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure projects deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

As a strategic partner to executives and clinicians, you will identify priorities, benchmark performance, and drive implementation, accounting for risk, feasibility and impact on patient care

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience involving project management, consulting and analysis, health system planning, business development, operations improvement, or a closely related field.
• Experience working in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, monitor and direct concurrent multidisciplinary strategic projects with accountability to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with executives, physicians and operational leaders to identify priorities and implement plans.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Health Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field
