Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital seeks an experienced project leader to oversee complex clinical and operational initiatives across the organization. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure projects deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

As a strategic partner to executives and clinicians, you will identify priorities, benchmark performance, and drive implementation, accounting for risk, feasibility and impact on patient care

Qualifications

• 5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience involving project management, consulting and analysis, health system planning, business development, operations improvement, or a closely related field.
• Experience working in healthcare is preferred.

• Lead, plan, monitor and direct concurrent multidisciplinary strategic projects with accountability to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with executives, physicians and operational leaders to identify priorities and implement plans.

Projects are completed with a high degree of freedom and initiative, with a high-level accountability to achieve targets. Provides high quality project management and analysis for a broad array of clinical and operational issues focusing on complex and large projects. Partners with key organizational executives, physicians and operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals and objectives for each initiative. Oversees plan development, industry research, expert interviews, benchmarking, operational feasibility analysis, financial proforma development, written and oral presentation development and implementation assistance
