Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital seeks an experienced project leader to oversee concurrent multidisciplinary initiatives across the health system, directing planning and execution with high accountability to meet targets.

This role partners with executives, physicians and operational leaders to identify priorities, develop plans, perform industry research, benchmarking and proforma analyses, and to implement results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Health Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading, planning, monitoring and directing concurrent multidisciplinary strategically important projects across the entity.
• Partners with organizational executives, physicians and operational leaders to identify priorities and objectives for each initiative.
• Oversees plan development, industry research, benchmarking, financial proforma development, and preparation of written and oral presentations.

Provides high quality project management and analysis for a broad array of clinical and operational issues focusing on complex and large projects. Partners with key organizational executives, physicians and operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals and objectives for each initiative. Oversees plan development, industry research, expert interviews, benchmarking, operational feasibility analysis, financial proforma development, written and oral presentation development and implementation assistance
