Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital seeks an experienced project manager to lead multidisciplinary projects pivotal to clinical and operational priorities. You will plan, monitor and direct initiatives with a high degree of accountability to achieve targets and deliver high-quality analysis and recommendations.

The role involves partnering with executives and physicians, developing plans, conducting benchmarking, and preparing financial proformas and presentations for implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field required.
• 5 years of progressively responsible professional work experience involving project management, consulting and analysis, health system planning, business development, operations improvement, or a closely related field required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, monitor and direct concurrent multidisciplinary strategically important projects.
• Partner with executives, physicians and operational leaders to identify priorities and objectives for each initiative.

Provides high quality project management and analysis for a broad array of clinical and operational issues focusing on complex and large projects. Partners with key organizational executives, physicians and operational leaders to identify and achieve priorities, goals and objectives for each initiative. Oversees plan development, industry research, expert interviews, benchmarking, operational feasibility analysis, financial proforma development, written and oral presentation development and implementation assistance
