Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced IS Project Manager to lead concurrent multidisciplinary initiatives across the Piedmont Healthcare System, guiding planning, execution and monitoring to ensure timely, within-scope delivery of complex clinical and operational projects.

You will partner with executive and operational leaders to identify priorities, achieve targets, and deliver high-quality project management and analysis that supports strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a closely related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 4 years of progressively responsible professional work experience involving project management, consulting and analysis, planning, business development, operations improvement or a closely related field in an IS related activity.
• PMI or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, monitor and assist with direction of concurrent multidisciplinary IS projects across the Piedmont Healthcare System.
• Projects are completed with accountability to achieve targets.
• Provide high-quality project management and analysis for clinical and operational issues.
• Partner with key organizational leaders to identify priorities and achieve goals for each initiative.
