This high-autonomy role requires systems thinking, experience guiding multi-team programs, and the ability to document decisions and accelerate hiring in a fast-growing setup.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in program management, business operations, chief of staff, or people/talent roles at a fast-growing company.
• Part of a talent team or partnered closely with one; understands recruiting day-to-day operations.
• Think in systems; design fixes that work across team boundaries.
• Owned several complex workstreams with strong prioritization and clear trade-offs.
• Set strategy and vision for your area rather than executing others' plans.
• Create structure and clarity in genuinely ambiguous environments.
• Experience applying AI to real workflows; automate repetitive tasks.
• Test ideas in real-world pilots and clearly communicate scope.
• Know when to disagree, commit, and execute with credibility.
• Experience driving large process or policy changes end-to-end.
• Ability to close the loop, maintain standards, and finish unglamorous work.

Responsibilities

• Take on recruiting's biggest ambiguous bets and turn them into repeatable programs.
• Own the operating rhythm across teams that support recruiting.
• Spot recurring friction and fix the underlying system.
• Lead process design when company-wide changes pass through recruiting and drive adoption.
• Be the DRI for headcount and workforce planning across regions.
• Own the interviewing standards and diagnose cross-team issues when they slip.
• Translate analytics into SOPs and documentation for future leaders.
• Keep stakeholders informed without becoming a bottleneck.
