As the team grows, you may support Brand and Marketing and executive hiring.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience closing senior roles.
• Experience hiring for high-growth tech companies with public narratives.
• Network across media, agency, and in-house recruiting talent.
• Experience supporting executive hiring.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own searches from intake through offer for Anthropic's Communications team.
• Advise leaders on where talent is, what it costs, and how to win it.
• Find and engage passive candidates through various channels.
• Turn hiring data into clear recommendations for hiring managers.
