Qualifications

5-8 years of experience at Bain & Company, McKinsey, or BCG with success leading complex, high-stakes projects.
Strategic and analytical excellence with actionable insights for senior leadership.
Cross-functional leadership across all organizational levels to drive alignment and results.
Execution mastery juggling multiple high-priority initiatives with precision and focus.
Thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and drive impact.

Responsibilities

Lead the Office of the CEO strategic projects and annual planning.
Oversee due diligence for partnerships with high-profile luminaries.
Develop international market entry strategies and growth plans for the Board.
Collaborate on fundraising decks and revamp pricing/packaging.
Lead cross-functional initiatives including post-merger integrations and OKR management.
