The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in chief of staff, leveraging operations to impact outcomes, and a collaborative, discreet approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in chief of staff, leverager, strategy, operations, consulting, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting senior executives in tech, investment, or fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage priorities, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day execution.
• Drive cross-functional projects and align stakeholders across regions.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations, updates, and executive communications.
• Track initiatives, deliverables, risks, and dependencies for timely execution.
• Gather information, analyze, and provide recommendations for decisions.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up actions with leadership.
• Act as a trusted partner on operational, organizational, and strategic matters.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
