You will own initiatives end-to-end, tackle finance, legal, HR, recruiting, and operations, and build scalable systems with AI-driven leverage—demonstrating judgment and relentless execution.

Responsibilities

• Own critical projects end to end: turn priorities into clear plans and deliver results.
• Keep the business running: support financial planning, budgeting, and operations.
• Drive legal and people operations: work with external counsel on contracts and HR processes.
• Build leverage: create simple scalable systems using AI and automation.
• Go wherever the problem is: anticipate bottlenecks and take ownership.
