Job summary

Bolter is seeking a Founders Associate to join a lean, fast-moving team. You will work across strategy, partnerships, fundraising, hiring, and day-to-day decisions that keep a young company moving. You take ownership of real workstreams end to end, often with no playbook and no one to hand it to.

Qualifications

• Experience operating with real ownership in startup, venture builder, consulting, or investment environment.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to define the path forward.
• High agency and follow-through; ability to close loops.
• Genuine interest in AI, venture building, and starting from the validation stage.

Responsibilities

• Own workstreams end to end, from strategy and analysis to execution.
• Support fundraising and investor relations.
• Support partnerships and GTM with operators and partners Bolter works with.
• Help build the team, from drafting role specs to coordinating the pipeline.
• Bring structure to a fast-moving company with processes and trackers.
• Handle unglamorous work that matters, including analysis and follow-ups.
