Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience must include at least 3 years in project management.
• Experience must include at least 2 years in a management level position.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily financial operations for the department including accounts receivable, accounts payable, journal entries, procurement, position management, and resolving complex accounting issues.
• Conducts research, compiles data, and develops reports, proposals, and presentations aligned with approved branding and tools.
• Serves as SME for Business Operations, delivering finance training, onboarding, and cross-campus collaboration.
• Supports annual budget process and monitors capital/operational budgets with proactive recommendations.
• Oversees year-end processes, project budgeting, transactions, and reconciliations.
