Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience with procurement/purchasing policy and procedures
• Experience with travel and expense report auditing

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Procurement to facilitate purchasing activities and support procurement policies
• Reviews and verifies Expense Module transactions for accurate processing
• Prepay Auditor SME; provide guidance and technical assistance
• Monitors and reconciles outstanding Accounts Payable checks
• Coordinates Travel and Expense functions including budget issues and reconciliations
• Guides and trains employees on T&E policies and purchasing cards
• Performs year-end processing activities for the Expense Module
• Serves as workflow SME for Expense Module and supports other modules
• Collaborates with HR and Payroll to ensure interfaces with the Expense Module; maintain confidentiality
