Job summary

CTCI Americas Inc. is seeking a high-impact Vice President of Projects to lead its project delivery, engineering, and construction functions.

This senior executive will provide strategic direction, governance, and performance oversight to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget execution of capital programs across multiple divisions. The role requires extensive EPC experience, strong leadership, and a proven track record in refining/petrochemicals projects, contract management, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Significant recent experience leading projects in refining/petrochemicals sectors.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and change management.
• Experience in contract management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of scheduling concepts and earned value management.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to present to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Experience managing project personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management, construction, and engineering functions for capital programs.
• Provide strategic leadership, oversight, and technical direction for project delivery.
• Ensure projects are safe, on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with executives, clients, and operations to optimize portfolio performance.
• Oversee risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
• Develop talent, succession plans, and leadership development across teams.
