Job summary

FTI seeks an experienced EPC Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end energy projects from concept through handover. You will drive scope, schedule, budget, and safety while coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

The role emphasizes early-stage development, risk management, and strong client relationships to fuel business growth. Travel is required to support multiple projects and sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• PM professional certification preferred (PMP).
• 10+ years in large-scale specialty construction, EPC experience preferred.
• Experience across feasibility, design, procurement, and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, staffing, and budgeting for EPC projects with safety and quality focus.
• Develop proposals, cost estimates, and schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Manage client, contractor, and supplier relationships and contractual issues.
• Oversee engineering, procurement, and on-site construction activities to deliver milestones.
