Job summary

Raytheon is seeking an Associate Director, Strategic Projects to lead high-impact initiatives across Digital Technology. The role focuses on integrating planning cycles, delivering measurable financial and operational results, and shaping the digital technology rhythm of the business.

Responsibilities include coordinating SFP/LRP/AOP processes, translating strategy into execution, and guiding cross-functional efforts that drive efficiency and cost savings while advancing digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 10+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, program management, and people leadership.
• Experience leading multi-year or annual planning cycles such as LRP, AOP, or SFP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate DT’s multi-year and annual planning cycles including Strategic & Financial Planning (SFP), Long Range Planning (LRP), and Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Ensure long-range strategy translates to annual tactical execution with traceability from priorities to funded work.
• Lead strategic initiatives and projects that drive digital transformation and deliver org-wide impact.
• Provide strategic leadership for the Digital Technology narrative, aligning investments and capabilities with mission outcomes and growth.
• Support annual goal alignment to ensure targets align with funding and strategic priorities.
