Job summary

Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks a Business Lead- Projects and Data to provide business, MSRBeyond-related, MARIS-related, and data analysis support for MSRB operations. The role leads MSRB projects, analyzes data, and coordinates with IT, SMEs, and vendors on process improvements.

The position reports to the Administrative Services realm within the Treasury and requires strong technical and analytical capabilities, with a hybrid work schedule described in the posting.

Qualifications

• At least five years' professional experience working in Massachusetts public employee retirement systems.
• A bachelor's degree or higher is preferred if other qualifications are met.
• Experience with retirement benefit software design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance and training.
• Strong knowledge of M.G.L. c. 32, MSRB operations and related functions.
• Familiarity with retirement plan regulations and related benefit programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and expertise on various MSRB business projects.
• Lead data acquisition and analysis for MSRB and related systems.
• Offer QA and team leadership for MSRB processes.
• Support QEBA payments in PTG system and MARIS-related activities.
• Collaborate with MSRBeyond, MARIS, OnBase admins, IT, and vendors on projects.
