Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of professional/managerial experience in public administration or related fields.
• Substitutions include relevant certifications or graduate degrees.
• Experience designing and overseeing workforce programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for strategic workforce initiatives and program services.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements across programs.
• Coordinate with MassHire entities, partners, and state/federal agencies.
• Oversee RESEA activities and the H-2A and H-2B programs.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve service delivery and outcomes.
