Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a detail-oriented project coordinator to support execution across investor relations and corporate communications initiatives. You will help manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional tasks in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree. You will collaborate with IR, PR, and operations teams, maintain materials, and support onboarding/offboarding and CRM updates as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of applicable experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• High standards of quality control and client service.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of the IREC business and manage timelines.
• Own tactical project components from planning through execution.
• Track progress, flag risks, and maintain momentum.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications across teams.
• Assist with CRM management and onboarding/offboarding processes.
