Job summary

Precision AQ's IREC unit seeks a proactive project coordinator to support day-to-day execution, manage timelines, and maintain documentation across initiatives. You will coordinate schedules, assist with CRM management, and help streamline workflows in a hybrid team environment.

The role also includes event planning, client communications, and contributing to market positioning and thought leadership efforts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior applicable experience (work or internship).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of the IREC business, helping manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across workstreams.
• Take ownership of tactical project components from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Track project progress, manage action items, and proactively flag risks or delays to maintain momentum.
• Develop and maintain organized materials, trackers, and documentation across projects.
• Partner closely with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deadlines.
