Precision AQ, through IREC, seeks a detail-oriented coordinator to support investor relations and public relations initiatives for biotech and healthcare clients. You will manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration to bring key initiatives to life.

• 1–2 years of applicable experience (work or internship).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of the IREC business, managing timelines and priorities across workstreams.
• Take ownership of tactical project components from planning through execution.
• Track progress, flag risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop organized materials, trackers, and documentation.
• Partner with internal teams to align objectives and deadlines.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications across teams.
• Maintain project files and data for seamless execution.
• Assist with CRM updates and office management tasks.
• Support event planning and company-wide initiatives.
• Contribute to new business outreach and marketing efforts.
• Lead by example with professional conduct and collaboration.
