Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior applicable experience (work or internship); Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proactive problem solver with analytical skillset.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of the IREC business, managing timelines and priorities across workstreams.
• Take ownership of tactical project components from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Track project progress, manage action items, and flag risks or delays to maintain momentum.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and communications across teams and stakeholders.
