Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking an adaptable Project Coordinator to support investor relations and public relations initiatives. This role collaborates across teams to manage timelines, deliverables, and coordination across internal stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities include day-to-day execution, tracking progress, and maintaining organized project materials, while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery and compliance with internal processes.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of prior applicable experience (work or internship).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• High standards of quality control and client service, meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day execution of the IREC business, helping manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across workstreams.
• Take ownership of tactical project components from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Track project progress, manage action items, and proactively flag risks or delays to maintain momentum.
• Develop and maintain organized materials, trackers, and documentation across projects.
• Partner closely with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deadlines.
