Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in project coordination, operations, business administration, staffing, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience working directly with executives and business leaders.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar technologies preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple business initiatives and projects simultaneously.
• Maintain project plans, action item trackers, and milestone schedules.
• Facilitate project meetings and document key decisions and next steps.
• Follow up with team members and leaders to ensure commitments are completed.
• Identify risks, delays, and roadblocks and escalate as appropriate.
• Prepare project status reports, executive summaries, and presentations.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and project documentation.
• Organize project files and information within Teams and SharePoint.
• Assist with process improvement and implementation efforts.
• Support senior leadership with special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Help establish accountability and visibility across key company initiatives.
