Job summary

InnoSource Inc. in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking a Graphic Designer & Social Engagement Specialist to support the Marketing Team by creating marketing assets, promoting brand initiatives on social media, and producing high-quality design and illustration work for social media and company blogs.

This full-time, on-site role collaborates with the Marketing Director and Creative teams to execute projects efficiently, timely, and to a high standard, including daily posts and content descriptions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience with photography and photo editing.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for marketing initiatives as assigned by the Marketing Director.
• Write content descriptions for marketing materials and company website.
• Perform product photography, image correction, and editing as needed.
• Execute product photo shoots, video shoots, and other creative production needs.
• Create bundle images and supporting visuals as assigned by the Brand Manager.
• Post content daily through blogging and social media (IG, FB, Pinterest, Tik Tok, YouTube shorts).
• Scout out new talent and projects with company products through social media to enhance online galleries.
• Identify and upload alt images to company sites.
• Gather sample projects to post on the Simon Says Stamp website for inspiration.
• Gather promotional materials from designer blogs and add info to listings.
