Job summary

Precision AQ is seeking a Project Harmonizer/Coordinator in New Jersey to support projects from initiation through completion. You’ll help manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards and clear cross-team communication.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of professional experience. Healthcare or life sciences exposure is a plus, and you’ll grow foundational project management skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or similar field.
• 1+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Healthcare, Pharmaceutical or related Life Sciences experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project activities with a collaborative mindset.
• Assist with project setup, tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality standards.
• Foster clear cross-team communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Learn agency processes, systems, and best practices for project management.
• Promote Precision Principles (Client Service, Purpose, Accountability, Mutual Respect and Collaboration).
