Job summary

Zoetis in Kalamazoo seeks a Project Team Leader to guide cross-functional innovation programs from ideation to launch. You will align profiles, timelines, investments, and risks while delivering health authority approvals, supply readiness, and commercial readiness.

You will lead marketing, manufacturing, and R&D teams, govern through governance forums, escalate issues, and ensure a high-performance culture with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in life sciences, pharmacy, technology or related field.
• Minimum 7 years delivering large cross-functional programs in pharma R&D or related industry.
• Experience leading matrixed teams and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of accountability to governance for strategic and technical aspects of complex programs.
• Lead development and execution of program strategy (profile, timeline, investment, risk).
• Oversee multiple interrelated teams, managing dependencies, budget, risks and resources.
• Serve as liaison between governance, multi-divisional teams, and external Zoetis partners.
• Represent the program in governance meetings with progress, risk and opportunity updates.
• Create and foster a high-performance, collaborative, accountable team culture.
• Champion compliance with regulatory, quality, and organizational standards throughout the lifecycle.
