Job summary

Janicki Industries, located in Hamilton, Washington, is seeking a Program Planner to design, manage, and optimize project schedules and budgets using SAP Project Management. You will support PMs, operations, and accounting with cost tracking, critical path analysis, and reporting for aerospace, space, defense, and related industries.

This on-site role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong communication skills, and experience with MS Project, Primavera, or SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering or similar preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with project scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera or SAP.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project schedules in SAP using templates or SOWs.
• Enter WBS, budgets, durations, and define project critical path.
• Keep SAP plans updated with activities, budgets, and work centers.
• Generate reports on project cost and schedule performance.
• Meet with PMs, management, and customers to provide schedule support.
• Address schedule and budget questions from stakeholders.
• Stay current with processes; visit cells to observe and update status.
• Assist in invoicing, milestone costs, and sales support tasks.
• Assist in estimating and cost tables during sales process.
• Perform other duties as assigned; work under deadlines with teamwork.
