The role partners with project leadership, Operations, field teams, Engineering, Procurement, and customers to translate scope into practical schedules with milestones and dependencies.

You will monitor progress, update dates and forecasts, perform critical-path analysis, and propose recovery options.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent scheduling experience considered.
Three or more years in project scheduling, planning, or project controls.
Experience developing and maintaining schedules for complex projects (construction, industrial services, utilities, EPC).

Responsibilities

Develop baseline schedules reflecting scope, milestones, outages, resources, and dependencies.
Collect progress data, update dates, durations, milestones, and forecasts at required cadence.
Perform critical-path and schedule-impact analyses; propose recovery and mitigation options.
Coordinate with Operations, field teams, and engineering to resolve scheduling conflicts before milestones.
Prepare schedule summaries and visuals for reviews with project teams and customers.
