Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in project scheduling, planning, project controls, construction planning or a related project-delivery role.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining schedules for construction, industrial services, utilities, electrical services, data centers, EPC or other complex project environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop practical baseline schedules reflecting scope, work sequencing, milestones, outage windows, resource requirements, material deliveries, subcontractor activities, and dependencies.
• Collect and validate project progress; update dates, remaining durations, milestones, and forecasts; analyze variances and resource risk.
• Perform critical-path and schedule-impact analysis to evaluate delays, changes, and constraints; develop recovery options and change-order documentation.
• Incorporate labor, equipment, subcontractor, material, and outage requirements into project schedules; coordinate with operations to resolve conflicts before milestones.
• Prepare schedule summaries, milestone reports, and visuals; coordinate with Project Controls Analysts to align schedule with financial forecasts and risk.
