Job summary

RS H is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support our CEI programs across Texas. You will develop, review, and analyze Primavera P6 CPM schedules while providing prospective and forensic schedule analyses to support project delivery.

The Project Scheduler will lead baseline reviews, validate logic and durations, and prepare comprehensive reports identifying risks and mitigation strategies. You will perform monthly schedule updates, reconcile progress with Daily Work Reports, and

Qualifications

• Requires 5–10 years of CPM scheduling experience on heavy highway/transportation construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Civil Eng, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong CPM principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and analyze Primavera P6 CPM schedules.
• Lead baseline schedule reviews and validate logic, durations, calendars.
• Perform monthly schedule updates and schedule risk analyses, including TIAs.
• Coordinate with project teams and field staff to verify progress against field data and reports.
