Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of project planning and scheduling experience in industrial / EPC projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Strong CPM scheduling knowledge.
• Experience developing complex schedules and WBS.
• Solid understanding of engineering, procurement, construction processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and controls systems.
• Create integrated Level 1–4 schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup.
• Establish WBS and coding aligned with project objectives.
• Develop baseline schedules and monitor performance.
• Prepare schedule narratives and milestone reports.
• Coordinate schedule development with project managers, discipline leads, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure schedule logic and resource loading reflect execution plans.
• Perform critical path, float, EV, and trend analyses.
• Monitor progress and validate schedule updates.
• Develop schedule recovery plans and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and what-if analyses.
• Generate weekly/monthly schedule performance reports.
• Identify milestones and forecast completion.
