Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a sales-focused Project Coordinator to support our Sales team on installation and capital projects. You will create detailed quotations, coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Sales, and engage with EPC firms and end users to drive commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
2+ years' experience in project coordination, inside sales, or industrial sales support.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Experience supporting manufacturer representative networks or field sales teams.
Experience with EPC firms or industrial end users.
Background in industrial equipment or engineered products.

Responsibilities

Create detailed quotations for installation and capital projects with pricing, configuration, and terms.
Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Sales for alignment.
Lead virtual meetings with field reps, EPC firms, end users, and stakeholders.
Track milestones and follow up on opportunities.
Manage submittals, documentation, and drawing coordination.
Maintain CRM records and project tracking tools.
Support order entry accuracy and review contract requirements.
Deliver on-site product presentations to EPC customers and decision-makers.
Travel with field reps to strengthen relationships and sales efforts.
