Blue Cross NC is seeking a Project Manager to lead small programs or a phase of a larger program. You will provide full program management including needs analysis, program maintenance, administration and monitoring, data analysis, program evaluation, and vendor/contract administration if applicable.

May also make recommendations for changes or modifications for assigned program and implement as needed. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or advanced degree, or 3+ years of experience (5+ years

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree required where appropriate, or 5+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
