Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Project Manager to lead small programs or phases of larger programs, providing full spectrum program management including needs analysis, maintenance, data analysis, evaluation, and vendor/contract administration where applicable.

You will coordinate resources, monitor progress, and present results through reports and publications, while ensuring alignment with objectives and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 3+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage/administer smaller programs or a phase of a larger program to ensure activities align with objectives.
• Assess needs and coordinate resources to enhance existing programs.
• Monitor progress of program components to meet goals, schedules and benefits.
• Document and present program results through reports, studies, and presentations.
• Recommend and implement program changes to achieve goals and objectives.
• May have budget responsibilities to control expenditures per the spending plan.
