Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in procurement, supply chain, or project execution support within technical or engineering-focused orgs.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, RFx management, and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key procurement contact during Sales and Project Execution phases to minimize total project cost and risk.
• Lead RFx events for non-itemized products, evaluate supplier proposals, and support negotiations.
• Align procurement activities with the project Supply Plan and category strategies to ensure on-time, full delivery.
• Advise on alternative supplier options when specifications change and feasibility issues arise.
• Keep project Supply Plan updated as execution progresses.
