Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a Project Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities across the Sales and Project Execution phases. You will coordinate with Sales Engineering, project teams, and suppliers to ensure on-time, in-full delivery and optimal supplier performance.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and travel internationally up to 5% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project execution support within technical/engineering settings.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, RFx management, and supplier performance.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations, drive cost savings, and balance risk with operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead for procurement activities during Sales and Project Execution phases, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Manage RFx events for non-itemized items and evaluate supplier proposals against criteria.
• Align procurement work with the project Supply Plan and category strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Update and maintain the project Supply Plan as execution progresses.
