ICM Ventures Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to source, purchase, and expedite materials and services for active and upcoming projects. You will collaborate with project teams, engineering, and field execution to ensure cost, schedule, and compliance targets are met.

Responsibilities include creating and managing purchase orders in D365, handling RFQs, negotiating terms, expediting open orders, and driving cost savings.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, sourcing, expediting, or related experience.
• Experience supporting capital projects, EPC, construction, or manufacturing procurement preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ERP purchasing modules preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, professional communication, and multitasking ability.
• Must be able to manage multiple project priorities in a developing procurement environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute project procurement: source, quote, negotiate, purchase, and expedite materials and subcontracted work.
• Partner with project teams to clarify requirements, priorities, and delivery needs.
• Manage RFQs and supplier quotes: gather pricing, evaluate responses, confirm terms, and recommend awards.
• Create and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system; track delivery dates and changes.
• Expedite orders and communicate risk with options and recommendations.
• Coordinate vendor setup, compliance needs, and insure proper agreements.
• Coordinate freight and logistics with shipping to optimize cost and schedule.
• Support cost savings and supplier performance through better terms and vendor feedback.
• Resolve purchase-to-pay issues with accounting and suppliers.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen procurement reliability.
