ICM Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Colwich, Kansas to source, purchase, and expedite materials and subcontracted work for active and upcoming projects. This hands-on role partners with project teams to clarify requirements, manage supplier commitments, and maintain accurate ERP records.

You will escalate risks early, leverage supplier relationships, and support cost savings while ensuring on-time delivery and compliance across the project lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with procurement, sourcing, expediting, RFQ processes, and purchase orders required.
• Experience with ERP systems and D365 strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Execute project procurement: source, quote, negotiate, purchase, and expedite materials and services.
• Partner with project teams to clarify requirements, priorities, delivery needs, and supplier expectations.
• Manage RFQs and supplier quotes: prepare RFQs, evaluate responses, confirm terms, and award decisions.
• Create and maintain purchase orders in the ERP system; document changes and keep records accurate.
