Job summary

Integra is seeking a Procurement Project Manager to lead procurement execution for complex projects. You will interface with Project Management to translate requirements into actionable procurement milestones, align on-site dates, and manage supplier commitments from PO placement through delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant procurement, project procurement, supply chain, equipment, manufacturing, or project-execution experience.
• Ability to manage complex procurement schedules and multiple suppliers.
• Strong understanding of purchase orders, supplier management, expediting, lead times, logistics, and commercial terms.

Responsibilities

• Provide project procurement leadership from requirements through supplier execution and closeout.
• Develop and maintain the procurement plan for assigned projects.
• Translate project schedule, BOM, equipment needs, and engineering releases into procurement milestones.
• Establish deliverables, on-site dates, dependencies, and material-readiness priorities.
• Lead procurement status reviews and coordinate with multiple buyers.
• Ensure visibility from requirements to PO placement, supplier commitment, shipment, and delivery.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Warehousing, Finance, and Quality to meet procurement milestones.
