Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience across procurement, logistics, inventory, and complex projects.
• Successful track record in supplier relationships, spend analysis, planning, and cross-functional communication.
• Experience with ERP workflows, data quality, reporting, and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Build the supply chain operating system including procurement, sourcing, supplier management, inventory, and warehousing.
• Lead strategic supplier relationships with segmentation, scorecards, and risk reviews.
• Consolidate spend across projects and improve pricing, availability, and lead times.
• Enable project delivery, AMS, and regional execution with material readiness and logistics planning.
• Strengthen inventory, warehouse, and facilities/fleet discipline and processes.
• Provide decision-ready reporting on supplier performance, critical materials, and capacity.
• Lead and develop Project Buyers, Warehouse and Inventory teams, and support resources.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to optimize D365 workflows, controls, and data quality.
• Capture lessons learned to improve standards and planning cycles.
