Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Procurement Projects Lead to drive sourcing plans, manage resale equipment, and align with project teams including Engineering, Finance, and QA. You will oversee procurement strategy, risk control, and supplier delivery dates to meet project timelines.

The role requires 5–8 years of project procurement experience, CPSM/PMP preferred, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work with up to 25% travel is offered, with global collaboration and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, engineering, or a related field.
• CPSM and/or PMP preferred.
• 5–8 years of project-based procurement experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Operates with minimal business direction.
• Experience in procurement processes and driving results through influence.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Project team to the Procurement organization.
• Support project success and BU goals by delivering on schedule and budget; monitor risks and ensure quality.
• Review and approve resale scope, budget, and schedule for assigned projects.
• Develop procurement plans at handover and manage throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead weekly procurement and risk management meetings; review plans and data.
