Dematic seeks an Expert Procurement Project Lead to steer procurement for our most complex, high-value customer projects. You will lead procurement strategies, manage risk, and guide cross-functional teams to meet commitments and project goals.

You will influence without direct authority, partner with engineering, finance, and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement across multiple concurrent programs. A strong track record in project-based procurement is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of project-based procurement experience on complex projects.
• Proven ability to lead via influence in multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of procurement delivery for Dematic's most intricate projects.
• Develop project-specific procurement strategies aligned with objectives.
• Serve as main procurement leader ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Influence cross-functional teams and suppliers to achieve commitments.
• Own procurement risk, issue management, and change impact on projects.
• Lead supplier performance and resolve complex issues to protect objectives.
